I am not rating an old furniture. It's still clean and usable. I am rating our overall service we have received here. The hotel is huge with absolutely beautiful mountains view. We celebrated my husband's birthday. The small bottle of prosecco and a little dessert were a touch from the service and we appreciated that. The breakfast had a great variety. We loved it a lot and even decided to have it the day of departure. The bedsheets were crispy and the pillows were the best part of my positive experience. Unlike most of the hotels, if not all where your head moves down to the mattress as soon as you lay your head on the useless pillow, unless you put them 3-4 together, these pillows did a great job and I felt relaxed in the morning. The personnel is very well trained. All receptionists, valets and other staff are very polite and helpful. I would give 3 stars for the interior. The restaurants need to be more attractive for such high prices of food.

I had brunch at Blue Ridge this past weekend, and Ketanya and Shayelle were absolutely outstanding. From the moment we arrived, they greeted me with genuine warmth and made me feel truly welcome. Their positive attitudes, professionalism, and attention to detail turned a great meal into an exceptional experience. They were friendly, attentive, and incredibly accommodating, anticipating our needs before we even had to ask. Even while managing a busy restaurant, they remained cheerful, patient, and made every guest feel like a priority. Their teamwork was seamless, and it was clear they genuinely care about providing outstanding service. Employees like Ketanya and Shayelle are a tremendous asset to your hotel. They represent the kind of hospitality that keeps guests coming back and recommending your property to others. Please recognize them for the exceptional job they are doingβ€”they made my visit memorable, and they absolutely deserve to be celebrated.

Underwhelming view as we drove up. Outdated hotel. The downstairs bar and restaurant view were both beautiful. Food was okay and service at the restaurant was good. The rest of the hotel and rooms/bathrooms are underwhelming and disgusting actually. The view from the rooms are beautiful. I would never spend the time or money on an entire spa day. It was 103degrees outside and it felt so inside too with the outside pool being heated and only 5 or 6 tables with umbrellas were the only umbrellas. You had to wait for a specific time for β€œlunch” on the patio. No electrolyte water or snacks. No order service to the bar or restaurants in the hotel? Just watermelon water and trail mix in a small Togo cup. If you just want the massages, book somewhere else. We went to tour the town and everything is closed and the town just seems ran through and has a high population of homeless people. The golf course looked beautiful.

We had a fantastic seafood buffet & fireworks πŸŽ† dinner here recently. We've wanted to visit for years and finally did. The staff were all super polite and helpful from the front entrance to our dining experience. Go hungry, because wow what a selection! The crab legs were plentiful, even at the last seating and there were so many choices I didn't even see everything, let alone try it all. Fantastic selection of seafood, we also enjoyed the grouper and the fried cod was exceptionally delicious too. Don't miss the garlic bread & pana cotta. There's definitely something for everyone at this buffet, but it's a seafood lovers delight. Gorgeous view & the fireworks were right in front of us πŸ€©πŸŽ†. Fantastic visit! Be prepared for parking sticker shock though, it was $25 for @2 hours & can be a bit of a walk for folks with mobility issues, but there is a drop off area with seating at the gorgeous entrance & it's flat all the way to the restaurant down the hallways. The bathrooms are located down the hall from the restaurant, so be prepared for that also. The grand fireplaces & porch are not to miss even if you're only going for a meal. We highly recommend & would love to have a local stayc
